Javert Du'Chade

Born to be a special commando in the Chiss Expeditionary Force. His mother, Makaro fled while pregnant with him to Hutt space to save him from that fate. Having dyed during child birth he was sold to slavery to the Hutts. Recognizing his potential on the battle field the Hutts pushed him into their conscript army, in exchange for the chance to buy his freedom when his term of service was over. Having now freed himself he strikes out on his own into the galaxy. The only item he has left from his mother is a book detailing the code of the Mandalorian warriors, whom he is descended from, The Cannons of Honor.

Strength is Life, for the strong have the right to rule.
Honor is Life, for with no honor one may as well be dead.
Loyalty is Life, for without one’s clan one has no purpose.
Death is Life, one should die as they have lived.

“You will raise your young as Mandalorians and defend them. You will wear our armor and speak our language. And you will serve the clan, and rally when called.” Mand’alor the Al’Ori’Ramikade
1.) Wear the Armor
2.) Speak the Language
3.) Defend yourself and your family
4.) Raise your children as Mandalorians
5.) Contribute to the clans welfare
6.) When called upon by Mand’alor, rally to his cause

But he does not fully yet grasp the reasons and implications of his mother’s decision to flee Chiss space. Believing that his mother left so he would be free to live his life as a true Mandalorian he has focused on that goal. But in truth his mother fled while pregnant with him because she new he would be take away as soon as she birthed him. All male descendents of the Du’Chade line are take at birth to be trained as Chiss super-commandos. This is due in part to part of the Du’Chade lines genetic programing. By the age of 16 parts of the brain begin shutting down and dying. This is in order to make room for the cybernetic implants that are meant to take there place. Unfortunately this little nugget of knowledge was not known by Makaro or now by Javert. Luckily for him to insure this doesn’t result in his unexpected death, a genetic imperative has been programed into him. Even now he is beginning to feel an urge to start acquiring cybernetics. As if this wasn’t enough he and others like him have been told they are the true decedents of the original Javert Du’Chade when in fact they themselves are a line of clones. But I’m getting ahead of myself.

3000 years ago, during the second Great Galactic War a Mandalorian Bounty Hunter came to prominence having won the Great Galactic Hunt and having come to the attention of Mand’alor. His partner and wife Mako, a wayward clone who was part of a Republic SIS experiment, cut a path of destruction and glory working for the Sith Empire. So dangerous a pair that both the Sith Empire and the Old Republic hatched a plan to combine their DNA then use it to create genetic offspring, producing the Infamous Cipher 9 of Imperial Intelligence and Colonel Beryll of Havoc Squad. But a third party also was able to procure the DNA. The sometimes ally of Javert, Zishala a Chiss Bounty Hunter of equal renown, also sold a copy to the Chiss Ascendancy.
